Jordan
After years working in food service, Jordan saw firsthand how much single-use waste ends up in landfills. He began experimenting with eco-friendly materials in his garage, aiming to create a compostable carton alternative using waste from local cafés.
He had an idea:
EcoCarton — compostable takeout packaging made from spent coffee grounds.

Where He Is Now
Jordan now supplies sample packs of EcoCarton to two local cafés for customer feedback. He’s using Genifinity to track performance data, iterate, and prepare for small-batch manufacturing.
